Happy 4th Anniversary!

For our anniversary we took Timothy to the Rosamond Gifford Zoo in Syracuse. I thought it'd be fun, but I never guessed Timothy at 8 months would have so much fun!

And then there was Timothy's favorite - the turtles! - winning this excited smile!

We followed the night by listening the Syracuse Symphony and watching fireworks at the fairgrounds.

Timothy was feeling very patriotic gazing up at the flag! It was precious.

We had a great anniversary, I can't believe we've been married for 4 years already and have been blessed with our amazing little boy!

My Fishing Pole

Since we're on a fishing role...I'll keep going. Here's Timothy with his fishing pole!

When I grow up . . .

I want to go fishing with Daddy!*

* I should add on that Timothy has gone out on the boat with us, and has caught his first fish already. I know, it seems hard to believe it, but this budding fisherman was sitting in between Mommy's legs and grabbed a hold of Mommy's pole and just as she said "I sure hope we don't catch a fish like this" BAM! We had one! It was a great big bass and together we got it in the boat! Unfortuneatly, we only have one not so good picture on the camera phone...but it's not just another fish story!

Photo Shoot!

Grandpop Capriolo has a picture of himself when he was 6 months old, sitting in a diaper on a blanket. So we decided to reinact it and frame the two. Here are some shots from the photo shoot! I think the three pictures best capture what Timothy really looks like. He's got this big flirty smile (the first one), a totally innocent "who me?" kind of look (the second one), and lastly the smile he generously shares with everyone he meets (the last one)!
